A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This full-time, long-term position runs until July 2027 and would suit a Psychology graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or higher from a top 30 UK University or someone with a related academic background who is looking to gain practical experience supporting children with additional needs in a school setting.

Staff work closely together to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and communication needs. The school is seeking an individual who has experience working with, or a genuine passion for supporting, students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The successful candidate will work within a class of eight SEND students and provide dedicated 1:1 support to help them achieve their individual learning and developmental goals. This role is particularly well suited to someone aspiring to pursue a career in Educational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy. The school regularly works with a range of external therapists, offering the successful candidate valuable opportunities to observe and collaborate during therapy sessions. The Role of a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant:
