  • Planning, resourcing, and leading engaging sessions for up to 11 pupils with complex needs
  • Delivering personalised learning aligned to EHCPs and individual support plans
  • Assessing pupil progress and adapting provision accordingly
  • Leading and working closely with a team of LSAs, including supporting personal care needs such as toileting
  • Evidencing learning through photographs and appropriate assessment methods
  • Liaising closely with the SENDCo to complete statutory paperwork and ensure compliance
  • Communicating regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil progress

What the School is Looking For

The ideal Unqualified SEN Teacher will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University and demonstrate a strong interest in SEN education. Previous child-centred or SEN-related experience is highly valued. The school is seeking a proactive, compassionate, and resilient Unqualified SEN Teacher with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
