The Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategies
- Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions
- Help create a safe, consistent and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans
Who Were Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting
- Experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or SEN schools is desirable but not essential
- Strong practitioners with a clear commitment to SEMH and education are encouraged to apply
