We are seeking a confident and compassionate Speech and Language Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a thriving and inclusive primary school in Ealing this September. The school houses an ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) specifically for children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), where the successful candidate will be based.

Your role as a Speech and Language Graduate Teaching Assistant will include:
- Supporting pupils with Speech and Language difficulties across EYFS and KS1 within the ARP
- Working collaboratively with class teachers and therapists to deliver bespoke interventions
- Building trusting relationships with students to enhance communication confidence and classroom engagement
- Using a range of visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learning strategies to aid pupil development
- Maintaining consistent routines and behaviour strategies to support learning and progress
The ideal Speech and Language Graduate Teaching Assistant will have:
- A 2:1 or higher in a Psychology, Linguistics, Speech and Language, or related degree
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, especially those with SLCN
- A patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach to learning
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and child development
