The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties and PMLD.
- Develop personalised learning programmes based on individual needs and EHCP outcomes.
- Use sensory, communication and practical approaches to engage pupils in learning.
- Support pupils' communication, independence and personal development.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Monitor progress and contribute to assessment and review processes.
- Create a safe, structured and stimulating learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- QTS is essential.
- Experience within SEND, SLD, PMLD or complex needs is desirable.
- Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning.
