• Applicants should have previous experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Experience working with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or complex learning needs is highly desirable
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development is essential
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach is required
