Complex Needs Teacher What the Role Involves
You'll plan and deliver a highly personalised curriculum based around individual needs and EHCP outcomes. Lessons will incorporate practical, sensory and communication-based approaches to encourage engagement and development.
Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families, you'll help pupils develop their communication, independence and life skills while creating a calm, structured and stimulating classroom environment.
Complex Needs Teacher What the School is Looking For The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience teaching pupils with complex needs, SLD, PMLD, Autism or within a specialist SEND setting. Applications are also welcomed from experienced SEN Teachers looking to develop their expertise in complex needs.
