We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider seeking passionate SEN Teachers to support children and young people with additional needs who are unable to access mainstream education. The Role
- Deliver personalised teaching and intervention programmes to students with SEND
- Support learners who may be experiencing barriers to education, including Autism, SEMH needs, anxiety, and EHCP-related needs
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning profiles
- Monitor progress and contribute to educational planning and reviews
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and professionals involved in each learner's education
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, Alternative Provision, or specialist education settings. You will be a flexible, relationship-focused practitioner who is passionate about inclusion and committed to helping young people achieve positive outcomes. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage learners outside of a traditional classroom environment are essential.
