What you will do as a Primary Teaching Assistant: Support students in the classroom, providing 1:1 or small group interventions to boost understanding and confidence. Help manage behaviour in line with school policies, supporting a positive learning environment. Collaborate with the Class Teacher to design lessons and create engaging resources. Observe and participate in lessons to understand the day-to-day realities of being a teacher. Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions as required.
