Were working with a group of supportive secondary schools across Hounslow, Richmond and Wandsworth, each looking for a Psychology Graduate to join them from September 2025. These Psychology Graduate roles are perfect for graduates interested in teaching, educational psychology, youth work or SEN support. As a Psychology Graduate, youll work closely with SENCOs and pastoral teams to support pupils with social, emotional, and learning needs. Each school offers a slightly different focussome with high numbers of EAL learners, others with a strong SEMH provisionso well match you to the school that best suits your interests and strengths. Psychology Graduate Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs Support with behaviour strategies and engagement in class Run pastoral or therapeutic-style sessions Work with staff and families to monitor pupil progress Person Specification: 2:1 or above in Psychology or a related subject Calm, patient and confident when working with young people Genuine interest in education, wellbeing, or youth development Why Apply?
