An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a Drama specialism to join the founding team of a brand-new pre-preparatory school for children aged 3-7. This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher with a Drama specialism who is passionate about early performance skills, confidence-building, storytelling and nurturing expressive, joyful learners through a knowledge-rich curriculum.
As a Primary Teacher with a Drama specialism, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, strong routines and a deep understanding of child development. You will introduce young learners to the foundations of Drama through movement, role-play, voice work, character, story structure and imaginative exploration, ensuring lessons are engaging, accessible and age-appropriate within a thoughtfully designed environment.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from a Primary Teacher with a Drama specialism who:
- Holds QTS with a strong academic background (Drama, Performing Arts or related field preferred)
- Has experience in EYFS/KS1 or pre-preparatory settings (essential) or an ECT with strong academics
- Understands early child development and the foundations of expressive arts
