Role Summary:

  • Support teaching and learning across Reception to Year 6
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher or during PPA cover
  • Lead small group interventions and contribute to planning where appropriate
  • Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of one year's experience working in a UK primary school as a Primary Teacher
  • Holds QTS or meets HLTA professional standards through relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
  • Confident leading a class and managing behaviour effectively
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teaching staff
