Physics / Maths Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Kensington & Chelsea ASAP StartAre you a Physics or Maths Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting students in a Sixth Form environment? An inclusive Sixth Form in Kensington & Chelsea is looking for a numerate and adaptable graduate to support students aged 1619 with SEND across Physics and Maths .The role requires someone with strong Physics knowledge who is also comfortable adapting their approach to support students at different levels, including GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Maths .Whats in it for you? 4 days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday£125 per day, including holiday entitlementUse your Physics and Maths knowledge in an education settingSupport students across a range of academic abilitiesGain valuable SEND and Sixth Form experienceIdeal preparation for aspiring Physics or Maths TeachersWork within a supportive SEND teamRole and Responsibilities Support students with Physics and Maths in 1:1 and small-group settingsProvide subject-specific support to students studying PhysicsSupport students working towards GCSE and Functional Skills MathsBreak down complex topics into clear, accessible explanationsAdapt your teaching and communication style to different ability levelsHelp students develop confidence and independence in numeracy and problem-solvingPerson Specification Degree in Physics, Maths, Engineering or a closely related STEM subjectStrong Physics and Maths knowledgeComfortable supporting students from Functional Skills/GCSE through to more advanced studyAble to adapt explanations to suit different learning needsPatient, approachable and confident working with young peopleInterest in SEND and educationThis is an excellent opportunity for a STEM Graduate who wants to use their subject knowledge while developing meaningful experience within education.
