An ambitious secondary academy based in NW2, Neasden is seeking an experienced school-based Office Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy school office. This is a senior operational role at the heart of the academy, working closely with the Headteacher and leadership team.

You will lead office and reception staff, manage key systems and be a visible, professional presence for staff, families and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has proven experience working in a school office (academy experience preferred)
  • Is confident running and leading a school office independently
  • Has strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge
  • Understands the local Neasden / NW2 community and school demographic
  • Is ambitious, organised and ready to take ownership
