A warm, ambitious primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their committed team from September 2026. The Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum, using observation and assessment data to track individual pupil progress and inform your teaching. - Hold British QTS or are completing a UK-accredited teacher training programme
- Graduated with a 2:1 or above from a reputable UK university
- Have classroom experience within a UK primary school through placements or a substantive post, ideally with KS1 experience
- Show clear evidence of structured lesson delivery and measurable pupil progress in early reading, writing, and mathematics
- Are legally entitled to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available
- ECT applicants are warmly welcomed provided formal UK teacher training has been completed.
Salary & Contract: This is a term-time contractual role equivalent to the Outer London pay scale. Salaries range from £37,870 (M1) to £56,154 (UPS3), with daily rates ranging from £194.21 to £287.97 inclusive of holiday pay. Placement on the scale is commensurate with experience.
