A warm, ambitious primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their committed team from September 2026. The Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum, using observation and assessment data to track individual pupil progress and inform your teaching. You will contribute to year group planning, support transition between EYFS and KS2, and build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues throughout the year.

- Hold British QTS or are completing a UK-accredited teacher training programme
- Graduated with a 2:1 or above from a reputable UK university
- Have classroom experience within a UK primary school through placements or a substantive post, ideally with KS1 experience
- Show clear evidence of structured lesson delivery and measurable pupil progress in early reading, writing, and mathematics
- Are legally entitled to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available
- ECT applicants are warmly welcomed provided formal UK teacher training has been completed.
Salary & Contract: This is a term-time contractual role equivalent to the Outer London pay scale. Salaries range from £37,870 (M1) to £56,154 (UPS3), with daily rates ranging from £194.21 to £287.97 inclusive of holiday pay. Placement on the scale is commensurate with experience.
