Support children across the Nursery setting with their learning, development and wellbeing
Take a proactive approach rather than waiting to be told what to do
Help create a stimulating, safe and engaging classroom environment
Build positive relationships with young children and encourage their confidence and independence
Support children who may become dysregulated, remaining calm, patient and consistent
Bring plenty of energy, enthusiasm and perseverance to the classroom
Work closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team
Previous experience within a Nursery or EYFS setting is essential. Above all, youll need to genuinely enjoy working with young children and have the resilience and patience to handle the unpredictable nature of Nursery life.
