A specialist Alternative Provision in Ealing is looking for an experienced and reliable HR Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a busy education environment and wants a role where organisation, communication and attention to detail really matter . The Role Working closely with the leadership team, you will support the day-to-day HR function across the provision. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new staff Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation Assisting with pre-employment checks and compliance Supporting absence, attendance and staff records Preparing HR documentation and correspondence Assisting with employee queries and day-to-day HR administration Supporting the management team with HR processes and procedures Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information Helping ensure HR processes remain organised, accurate and compliant Supporting the wider administration of the provision when required About You We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator or similar role Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident handling confidential information Comfortable communicating with staff at all levels Reliable, professional and able to work independently Familiar with recruitment and HR administration Ideally experienced within education, schools, Alternative Provision, SEND or a similar setting Experience working within an education environment would be advantageous, but strong transferable HR experience will be considered .
