This specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the London Borough of Havering is seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The provision supports students who have experienced barriers to mainstream education, helping them re-engage with learning through structure, consistency, and positive relationships.

The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs

- Confidently cover lessons when required, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies to support student outcomes
