A highly regarded school in Cambridge is looking for a First-Class Psychology graduate to join their SEN team as a Teaching Assistant. In this rewarding role, you'll support students with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, PTSD, and behavioural difficulties. Working alongside experienced SEN teachers, you'll provide classroom support as well as tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions to help every student reach their potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
  • Assisting SEN Teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and Behavioural Issues
  • Working alongside external specialists such as Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, and SEN Support Professionals
