Project Tutor Motorcycle Mechanics Location: South East London Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications Contract: Permanent, term-time only (46 weeks) Hours: 35 hours per week A specialist alternative education and vocational training organisation is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanics Tutor to deliver practical, accredited training to young people aged 1118. This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong hands-on motorcycle knowledge with a genuine passion for working with young people , particularly those who may have struggled in mainstream education or require additional support. The Role You will deliver OCN-accredited motorcycle mechanics training , covering areas including: Basic servicing and engine maintenance Motorcycle electrics and fault-finding Safety checks and workshop practice Customisation and practical projects Developing employability and life skills alongside technical skills Assessing learners and maintaining accurate portfolio evidence Supporting young people towards recognised qualifications and future employment You will also provide 1:1 and small-group support , adapting practical activities and teaching methods for learners with SEN and different learning needs.
