The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group academic coaching in Mathematics
- Support students with challenging GCSE, A-Level and Further Mathematics content
- Reinforce classroom learning and develop problem-solving skills
- Help students prepare for assessments and build academic confidence
- Work closely with Maths teachers to identify and address learning gaps
What We're Looking For
- A Russell Group degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
- Strong A-Level results, particularly in Mathematics and ideally Further Mathematics
- Previous child-centred or student-centred experience through tutoring, mentoring, coaching or similar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly
- Strong academic ability and genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics
