Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons where required.
- Teach across a variety of secondary subjects and year groups, adapting to the needs of the school.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- Flexibility and confidence teaching different subjects when needed.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A positive, professional, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
