A specialist SEN school in Croydon is seeking a dedicated PMLD Teacher to join their team, supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex individual needs. The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons for pupils with PMLD and complex needs.

- Support pupils with communication, sensory development, independence and engagement.
- Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, support staff and families to meet individual EHCP outcomes.
- Use creative, sensory and practical approaches to make learning accessible.

We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within PMLD, SLD, complex needs or specialist SEN is desirable.
