This welcoming specialist SEND school in the London Borough of Camden is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. What the Role Involves

As Lead Learning Support Assistant, you will support the day-to-day coordination of Learning Support Assistants across the school, ensuring pupils receive high-quality support that reflects their individual Education, Health and Care Plans. You'll work closely with teachers and senior leaders to model outstanding classroom practice, mentor and coach support staff, assist with inductions, and help maintain consistently high standards of teaching and learning support. You'll also liaise with therapists, pastoral teams and external professionals to ensure pupils receive a joined-up and personalised provision.
