The role of Nursery TA will involve: Supporting children aged 3-4 throughout the Nursery setting Working alongside the teacher as a proactive Nursery TA Supporting engaging, play-based learning activities Encouraging children's social, emotional and communication development Promoting positive behaviour and independence Creating a safe and inclusive environment as a Nursery TA Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and the wider school team
The successful Nursery TA will have: Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or Nursery setting A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for Early Years education A commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
