£120–£150 per day PAYE
Immediate start
Full-time, term-time only
Long-term contract until the end of the academic year

Cover Supervisor | The Role
Supervise lessons across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences
Deliver pre-set lesson materials and ensure pupils complete assigned work
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom discipline
Encourage pupil engagement and keep lessons running smoothly
Support pupils with their learning, routines and classroom expectations
Liaise with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders
Cover Supervisor | Candidate Requirements
Previous classroom or school-based experience is strongly preferred
Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, HLTA, Youth Worker or Mentor
Confident managing groups of secondary-aged pupils
Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
Calm, approachable and consistent when dealing with challenging behaviour
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Reliable, proactive and committed to a full-time position
