Working as an
Aspiring Speech & Language Therapist , you will support pupils individually and in small groups, helping develop communication, listening, vocabulary and interaction skills. You will work alongside teachers and the wider SEN team, gaining a valuable understanding of how communication needs can affect children's learning and development.
Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with speech, language and communication activities. Delivering structured one-to-one and small-group activities. Helping children develop vocabulary, listening and comprehension skills. Supporting pupils who have difficulties expressing themselves or communicating their needs. Encouraging positive interaction and participation. Reinforcing communication strategies throughout the school day. Recording observations and sharing relevant feedback with teaching staff. The successful Aspiring Speech & Language Therapist will:
Have a degree or relevant academic background in
Speech & Language Therapy, Linguistics, Psychology, Education
or a related subject. Have experience working with children or young people. Have a genuine interest in Speech & Language Therapy. Be patient, observant and confident working with individual pupils.
