You'll work closely with teachers and senior leaders to model outstanding classroom practice, mentor and coach support staff, assist with inductions, and help maintain consistently high standards of teaching and learning support.

You'll also liaise with therapists, pastoral teams and external professionals to ensure pupils receive a joined-up and personalised provision.
