Lead Learning Support Assistant Specialist SEND School Camden Immediate Start This welcoming specialist SEND school in the London Borough of Camden is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

Supporting pupils with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Speech & Language needs and complex additional needs, the school is recognised for its inclusive ethos, outstanding pastoral care and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

You'll work closely with teachers and senior leaders to model outstanding classroom practice, mentor and coach support staff, assist with inductions, and help maintain consistently high standards of teaching and learning support.

You'll also liaise with therapists, pastoral teams and external professionals to ensure pupils receive a joined-up and personalised provision.
