Are you an experienced SEND/MLD Teacher who enjoys adapting learning around individual pupils rather than delivering a one-size-fits-all curriculum?
We areis looking for a teacher who can bring strong differentiation, patience and SEND expertise into a small specialist SEMH setting supporting young people aged 1116.

The role involves Planning and delivering highly differentiated lessons for pupils with additional needs.
Breaking learning down into manageable steps and adapting resources to individual ability.
Supporting pupils with cognition and learning alongside SEMH needs .
Developing pupils' confidence, independence and engagement with education.
Tracking progress and adapting teaching in response to individual needs.
Working closely with support staff, SEND colleagues and therapeutic professionals.
We're looking for QTS/QTLS and experience teaching within SEND or specialist education .
MLD/SEN experience would be highly valuable.
A teacher who understands that progress can look different for every pupil .
Someone confident managing behaviour and maintaining a calm, consistent classroom.
A patient, creative teacher who can build trust with pupils who may have had negative experiences of education. xwwtmva
