Due to increasing demand from schools, we are currently looking for Cover Supervisors who are available to start immediately, supporting secondary schools across London with daily and short-term cover.
We are working with a number of student-focused schools looking for confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to support secondary students in the classroom when their regular teacher is absent. Cover Supervisors will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout the school day.
We're looking for Cover Supervisors who:
- Hold a degree from a UK university
- Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in education
- Have excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive classroom environment
- Feel confident supervising lessons across year 7-11
- Can provide additional support to students when required
- Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
