International School Math Teacher | Key Details β€’ Full-time role β€’ ASAP start β€’ Fixed-term contract for the 2026-2027 school year β€’ Competitive salary/rate, dependent on experience β€’ Teaching Grade 7 Math β€’ Serving as a Grade 7 Advisor β€’ Working closely with the Middle School Principal and Math department International School Math Teacher | The Role β€’ Teach four sections of Grade 7 Math β€’ Plan, teach and assess alongside a grade-level teaching partner β€’ Coordinate curriculum with the wider Math department β€’ Monitor student progress, prepare for parent conferences and complete reports β€’ Use an inquiry-based approach to teaching mathematics β€’ Support students' academic, social and emotional development as a Grade 7 Advisor β€’ Contribute to advisory provision, school events, field trips and wider school life International School Math Teacher | Candidate Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline β€’ Substantive full-time experience teaching Middle School Math β€’ Strong understanding of differentiation and student-centred learning β€’ Experience supporting pupils as an Advisor or mentor β€’ Strong communication skills and commitment to collaboration β€’ Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare β€’ Experience with Common Core Math, CMP or Building Thinking Classrooms is desirable This International School Math Teacher role would suit a reflective, collaborative and experienced Middle School Math specialist who can support students academically while contributing fully to advisory, wellbeing and wider school life.
