A caring and community-focused secondary school in Richmond is looking for an Inclusion Assistant to join their dedicated pastoral and SEN team. This Inclusion Assistant role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in inclusive education and supporting vulnerable pupils.
As an Inclusion Assistant, you will help students with additional needs to access learning, regulate behaviour, and build confidence in school. Youll work both in the classroom and in a specialist inclusion base.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
- Running pastoral check-ins and intervention groups
- Promoting inclusion and engagement in learning
- Working alongside SENCO and behaviour leads
- Supporting teachers with strategies and differentiation
