What the Role Involves
- Delivering targeted Maths interventions across Key Stages 3-5
- Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1-1 basis to boost attainment
- Working alongside Maths teachers to reinforce classroom learning
- Tracking pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
- Acting as a positive role model for pupils preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels
What the School is Looking For
- The ideal Maths Academic Mentor will hold a 2-1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university, ideally in Maths or a related subject.
- Previous child-centred experience is highly desirable.
- The school is seeking a proactive, compassionate and committed Maths Academic Mentor with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to support young people academically and personally.

Salary and Contract Info
- £450-£530 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Full-time, long-term role from January to July
- Term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or an extended contract following a successful placement
