A high-performing Chelmsford secondary school is seeking a confident, proactive HLTA with strong classroom practice, excellent communication skills and proven experience supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.

The Role:

- Model excellent behaviour, engagement and classroom routines.
- Work closely with the SENCO, Heads of Department and wider support team.
