About the role
- Full‑time Head of Geography position starting January 2026
- Lead and develop the Geography department across KS3–KS5
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment and long‑term strategic direction
- Deliver dynamic and engaging Geography lessons across all key stages
- Mentor and support teaching staff, encouraging innovation and strong pedagogy
- Use data effectively to raise attainment and drive progress
The ideal candidate
- A qualified Head of Geography with previous leadership experience or a strong track record ready for promotion
