You will deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups, helping pupils strengthen subject knowledge, improve confidence and make strong academic progress.
The role will also involve supporting students with SEND needs, ensuring they can access learning successfully within mainstream classrooms.
Working across multiple year groups will allow you to develop a broad understanding of secondary education while building strong relationships with students and staff throughout the academic year.
