You will be working with a small group of approximately 10 students, delivering targeted Maths intervention to pupils who are working below expected levels. The role is primarily KS4 focused, with the potential to support some A-Level Maths, depending on experience. This is not a traditional classroom teaching role; it's about building relationships, improving confidence, and helping students grasp key concepts through clear, supportive teaching.

The school is specifically looking for someone with:

  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths
  • A confident, engaging, and personable personality
  • The ability to motivate and connect with students who lack confidence
  • A patient, encouraging approach to learning
  • Experience in intervention or similar settings is beneficial but not essential

Personality, presence, and subject expertise are the key priorities. This is a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong team ethos. Staff work closely together, share best practice, and are encouraged to bring energy and creativity into their roles. There is a genuine focus on student progress and staff wellbeing.

Immediate interviews available. January start. Small-group, impact-driven role. Supportive leadership and team environment.
