Secondary LSA – What the School Offers
£444–£513 weekly via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay
ASAP start with a full-time, long-term contract through to July 2027
33 working hours per week, including a half-day on Fridays

Secondary LSA – What the Role Involves
Supporting teachers across KS3 and KS4 in mainstream classrooms
Providing 1:1 and small-group academic interventions
Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs where required
Helping students develop confidence, independence and engagement
Working with teachers to monitor pupil progress and overcome barriers to learning
Secondary LSA – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a leading UK university and have previous child-centred experience through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or similar settings. Excellent communication skills, patience and a genuine commitment to supporting young people are essential.
