As a STEM Graduate, you'll support students across Maths, Science and related subjects, helping them engage with learning, build confidence and achieve their potential. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver targeted academic support, both in class and in small groups, while gaining first-hand experience of life in a secondary school.
We're looking for:- A STEM Graduate with a degree in Maths, Science, Engineering or another STEM subject
- Strong academic background, including excellent A Levels
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resilient and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
