Whatley Campus is a specialist school for students aged 916 with autism and a range of additional needs, including ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning delay, and experiences of trauma. We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our nurturing and skilled team.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting students in small-group or 1:1 settings across a bespoke, therapeutic and academic curriculum
• Assisting teachers and therapists in delivering personalised learning tailored to each students needs
• Helping pupils develop life skills, independence, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom
• Promoting a safe, calm, and structured learning environment where every child feels valued

What were looking for:

• A warm, patient and proactive approach to supporting children with complex needs
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
• Ideally some experience in SEN, education, youth work, or care but full training is provided
• A belief in every childs potential to grow, learn and thrive
