The Role
The Assistant Headteacher will work closely with the Co-Headteachers to lead the secondary phase. As Assistant Headteacher, you will drive consistently excellent teaching and learning. The Assistant Headteacher will take responsibility for key whole-school priorities and policies, lead and support staff through coaching, appraisal and professional development. The Assistant Headteacher will promote outstanding behaviour, attendance and culture, use data intelligently to monitor pupil progress and close attainment gaps, and maintain a visible leadership presence, modelling high expectations at all times.
