What the Role Involves
Deliver engaging and differentiated Music lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs, adapting teaching to suit individual EHCP outcomes and learning profiles. As an SEN Music Teacher, you will work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and pastoral staff to promote communication, confidence and self-expression through music while encouraging pupils to achieve their individual potential.

The ideal SEN Music Teacher will hold QTS and have experience teaching Music at secondary level. Previous experience within a SEND school or specialist provision would be advantageous, although mainstream teachers with a genuine passion for SEND are encouraged to apply.
