This SEND LSA position offers a rewarding and varied role, with opportunities to provide 1:1 and small-group support , contribute to individual support plans, and help pupils develop their confidence and ability to engage with education. The school is seeking a SEND LSA who has at least one year of experience working with children or young people with SEND , ideally within a school or specialist setting. The successful applicant must hold a 1st-class or 2:1 degree in a relevant subject . A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach is essential, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and work effectively as part of a wider team.
