- Building trusted relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
What the School is Looking For:
The ideal Deputy Head of Sixth Form will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous pastoral, mentoring, or student support experience within a UK school or college is highly valued, with post-16 experience particularly desirable. The school is seeking a confident, organised, and caring Deputy Head of Sixth Form with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to young people.
