Cover Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise lessons across Years 7-13, ensuring students complete the work provided by their teachers.

Provide additional classroom support when cover is not required.
Build positive relationships with students and staff across the school.
The Ideal Cover Supervisor A degree, ideally with a minimum 2:1 classification.
Strong academic results, including good GCSEs and ideally strong A-Levels.
Confidence managing a classroom and communicating with young people.
A genuine interest in education and student development.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
An ambition to pursue teacher training, potentially in September 2027.
