We are seeking an ambitious EYFS Phase Leader for a well-established primary school in Harrow, recognised for its inclusive ethos, strong community links and commitment to developing confident, respectful learners.

As EYFS Phase Leader, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Nursery and Reception. The school is looking for an EYFS Phase Leader who can uphold high standards while creating a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.

As EYFS Phase Leader, you will:
