Have you graduated from a top 10 UK University and are looking to take the next step in your career as a SEND Teaching Assistant? As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students who have a range of educational needs such as ADHD, Autism, and SEMH needs. You will be supporting students, assisting them to proactively engage in the classroom and allowing them to reach their full potential. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in a school setting and has ambitions of working in Education or Educational Psychology.

The Role

  • A calm and consistent SEND Teaching Assistant who will promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging, creative, and personalised learning activities.
  • Help plan and deliver individualised activities and support strategies that encourage pupil progress.
