We are delighted to be working with a highly respected architecture and building consultancy practice known for its innovative approach and commitment to creating people-focused, sustainable design solutions. On their behalf, we are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join their dynamic team and contribute to a diverse range of impactful projects.

Under the management of the Project Lead, manage the project, including the project team and effectively utilise their skills, plus your own, to bring the project to a successful conclusion. Maintain a clear vision, to ensure that the Client's Objectives are met whilst managing the project delivery.

Salary range: £60 - £65k depending on experience

Key responsibilities:

  • Environmental, Health & Safety and BIM Management policies and procedures are always adhered to
  • Take responsibility for managing the data security of your project(s)
  • Provide a single point of contact for the Client and their Design Team
  • Carefully develop the tasks assigned to you into working proposals. Where asked to, produce design options for review by your peers
  • Develop it into a design or package of work in line with the RIBA Plan of Work
  • Take receipt of the Client brief. Ensure the information is complete, or that AHR has adequate information to progress the design to an agreed level of development
  • Develop the design. Incorporate the Client's objectives, including improvement opportunities flagged through Engagement or Review
  • Prepare compliant designs by following UK Construction Law, British Standards and relevant CoPs
  • Under the supervision of the Project Lead, learn how to manage and coordinate the output of production information in line with a project programme

Skills and Experience:

  • Building Surveying degree (or similar) and membership with CIAT, RICS, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of roles, responsibilities, and relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Experience with Newforma Project Centre managing email, creating, issuing and preserving record documents and sharing files.
  • Routine use of 'AHR Projects' to view AHR's roles, responsibilities, deliverables and programme.
  • Intermediate knowledge of model authoring in Revit.
  • Able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly in verbal, written, and drawn formats, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Self-motivated, methodical, flexible, and able to manage time, priorities, and pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
