The Role | Science Teacher

  • Full-time Science Teacher role from January 2027
  • Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach your specialism at Key Stage 5
  • Plan and deliver engaging, practical and challenging lessons
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic success
  • Assess, monitor and support student progress
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of Science specialists
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
  • Uphold high standards of teaching, learning and student behaviour

About You

  • PGCE with QTS from a leading UK university
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or a related scientific discipline
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for all learners
  • High expectations of student attainment and behaviour
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
